Who Should I Contact?

Orcas Online has been managing hosting well before Orcas Web was launched.  During that time we had more than a few customers that purchased internet and hosting service from us, often for the same business.  We’ve become fully accustomed to handling customers that utilize both of our primary services and are fully able to handle customer needs that swap between them.

Who should I contact?

If you are looking for wireless internet in the San Juan Islands than Orcas Online is where you need to go.  Our network covers most of Orcas Island as well as Blakely, Waldron, and Stuart Island.  We are also capable of providing internet to the lower Canadian Gulf Islands.  Our internet installation includes everything you need to get connected, and we provide custom installation options for residence in hard to reach areas.

Our hosting subsidiary, Orcas Web, is your center for domain and web hosting.   We have a range of plans available to provide you with essential or advanced hosting options including email, free SSL, WHOIS Protection, and C-Panel access.  We offer hundreds of possible domain extensions and include a free non-exotic domain with our hosting plans.

How do I combine hosting and internet?

Our support staff can inform you of the particulars of getting hosting and internet service setup through Orcas Web and Orcas Online respectively.  All you need to do is send an email to Info@orcasonline.com or call our office at 360-376-4124.  To make it easier to manage adjustments for each service, our billing is separated between hosting and internet allowing us and you to manage either as much or as little as you like.  Canceling one service does not automatically cancel the other, so we can adapt to the changes that life brings to you.

Are Orcas Online’s business hours the same as Orcas Web’s?

Our office in Eastsound is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm by appointment.  This applies to Orcas Online and Orcas Web; however, our support staff actively monitors our network activity to ensure uninterrupted performance.  Our integrated phone system also notifies us at all hours when a voicemail or text message is received on our 360-376-4124 phone line.  You can also submit a question or trouble ticket through your customer account.  Our reception desk reviews all the tickets that we receive and assigns them to the appropriate department.
